AgencyMaster® is a completely integrated policy, document storage, and accounting system. The policy portion of the product contains the ability for the user to enter coverage information for each policy an insured has with the agency. These policies can be direct bill or agency bill. The system accounts for both types. Also the user can enter installment billing and have the system automatically generate invoices.
Each coverage type (homeowners, auto, motorcycle, inland marine, bond, workers comp, general liability, and commercial property) have tailor made coverage screens. The program allows the user to personalize individual policy records, to archive notes, generate followups (diary), and correspondence.
You can use the Accord® Transaction filing system for manual filing. Or the system contains an integrated imaging system. With the imaging system, the user can have a completely paperless office. Documents received are scanned into the system and transaction filed. Any correspondence generated on the system is automatically archived. Correspondence can include word processing documents as well as e-mail and fax transmissions. Inbound faxes are also automatically archived by the system.
From the coverage information, the system automatically generates invoices (billings) for agency billing. From the direct billing system, the commission acrues automatically and sets up a reconciliation entry.
AgencyMaster® includes accounts receivable for payments, aging reports, statements and agents account current (for brokerage operations). A complete accounts payable for general expenses and for company and for producer payable generated. The system allows the user to pay companies on an account current basis with the ability to reconcile to the company's account current or on an individual basis.
The system provides statistical reports such as the account current, company summary by class and transaction, agency statistics by class and transaction, and producer reports.
The system generates policy expirations and expired policy reporting.
AgencyMaster® includes a complete general ledger system including financial statement reporting.
We also have MGAMaster® for policy writing and underwriting, ClaimsMaster® for claims processing and accounting. And we have a company system which provides accounting, statistics, and statutory reporting.
MGAMaster® provides rating, underwriting, and policy writing capabilities. There are several variants of this module. The first variant provides coverage information storage for the retail agent. The second variant provides policy generation for the general agent or insurance company.
The third variant provides manuscript policy generation for the general agent or insurance company. All of the MGAMaster® systems provide integrated accounting functions. The system provides company upload capabilities for those clients which require it.
ClaimsMaster® provides for complete claims management and claims accounting. This module is integrated with the MGAMaster® to provide on line coverage and limit information. Also this module is integrated with the accounting system to provide loss and premium ratio information.
In all of the systems, we have integrated imaging capabilities. This allows the user to have a paper-less office. In MGAMaster® the user scans the application from the insured when received. The paper application is then transaction filed using ACCORD® transaction filing method. Throughout the rest of the underwriting and policy preparation process the user can view the documents.
Also the paper-less office integrates storage of Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Exchange for internal and external E Mail, and faxing capabilities.
ClaimsMaster® also has the integrated imaging functionality. This allows the user to have on line claims files. Also available for the claims system is voice storage for recording conversations and digital camera input for storage of pictures.
